What materials do you use?
All our products are handmade from high-quality, hypoallergenic yarn. We use only baby-safe materials such as cotton, acrylic, merino wool, and plush yarn.
Are your toys suitable for newborns?
Yes, our toys are designed with babies’ safety in mind — no small parts, securely stitched, and very soft. However, we always recommend adult supervision during playtime.
Can your products be washed?
Yes!

Toys and hats can be washed by hand or on a delicate cycle in the washing machine at a temperature not exceeding 30°C (86°F).
Blankets are best washed by hand or in a mesh laundry bag on a gentle cycle. Lay flat to dry.Detailed care instructions are included with each item.
Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely! We’re happy to create a toy, blanket, or hat based on your preferences — you can choose the color, size, and even the character. Just message us via DM or email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via bank cards, Faster Payments System (FPS), direct transfers, or cash on pickup (if available).
Is the packaging gift-ready?
Yes! Every item is carefully and beautifully packaged — perfect for gifting as is. We can also include a handwritten card with your message upon request.
